Cyclone Proof Antenna Installed In The Parish Of Warragul
Antenna are placed on the roof and many a times they face quite a bit of peril. One of these obstacles are high winds and cyclones in the coastal regions. Cyclone Proof mounts used to install an antenna help in preventing damage from these perils.
Mr Antenna was called out today to a 20-acre property today in the Parish of Warragul. Our customer had recently relocated to this property from Melbourne. The customer had no antenna services on their temporary dwelling while they built their dream home in Warragul.
After detailed field strength tests, Mr Antenna was able to pick up multiple transmissions from different transmitters but settled on Mt Tassie. It’s signal strength and quality stood out much more than the rest.
Mr Antenna installed a Matchmaster UHF antenna on one of our cyclone rated universal mounts. This is imperative for when the Bass Strait winds seasonally make their presence in the area. The particular mount used not only promotes antenna height but will ensure peace of mind that the antenna will stay secure to the premises; no matter the high winds with the stability of 3 points of contact with the adjustable legs.
Finally, Mr Antenna also topped this system off with a Matchmaster 24db VHF/UHF masthead amplifier to keep the signal strength above the threshold/digital cliff, these amplifiers are not only great for signal strength in difficult areas but also promote and increase signal quality which is the backbone of all digital signals, so like all our installs quality is key to the build.
Well done to the dedicated team of professionals at Mr Antenna for another quality job and a happy customer! If you’re searching for a cyclone proof antenna installation, you know who to call!
