Having a bad TV reception?

Just a few weeks ago, a couple of our professional TV antenna technicians in South Australia went to help a customer in Blakeview.
The customer said they were having problems with their TV reception. We performed a quick reception check and found that their old antenna was out of date.

Our technicians replaced the old analogue antenna with a new Digital UHF antenna. We aligned the antenna to the local transmitter for a much better-received signal. We also replaced an old booster amplifier & splitter with the more updated digital equivalents.

All of the existing cablings were in good working order. But we did replace a small portion of the coax cable that was weather-compromised. However, completing the job required a re-tuning of 5x TVs inside the house and one out on the patio. The signal measured at the TVs was vastly improved with a perfect 75dBuV signal level and all traces of lousy TV reception were gone.

The customer was extremely happy and tried to give our guys a tip, but they settled for the quoted price, plus a cup of tea.
It is these kinds of healthy relationships that we build with our clients which make our job so worthwhile.
