Bad Reception In A New South Wales Home

A customer called Mr Antenna because he was having a very bad reception in Bungendore and couldn’t access channels 07 and 12.

Mr Antenna’s tech, Nathan, was sent to fix the customer’s issue. He did an inspection and found that the old antenna was causing their reception issues. The customer agreed to install a new antenna and was really excited about the lifetime warranty.

Nathan installed a new Australian-made 6-element antenna higher up on the customer’s roof to obtain a much higher signal level and better signal quality. He also used a tin tripod mount to hold the antenna securely.
