A customer from Lockleys needed help with solving her TV reception issues. Lily, a lovely elderly lady had her daughter call us to book an appointment with one of our TV antenna technicians.

James, our local antenna guy in Lockleys, happened to have another job in the area on the day the customer requested it, so to get there was easy peasy for him.

It’s practical to keep things that last for years. This indeed helps us save money. Nonetheless, there are things that get old and need replacement over the course of time.

After a swift check, it was evident that the old analogue antenna already calls for replacement. Lily lived in her beautiful home for more than 30 years now and the TV has always been there for as far as she could remember. So it was time for it to retire.

James installed a new, premium Australian-made antenna on a tin roof bracket to secure its location on the roof. After tuning the TV to catch all of the Free to Air channels, Lily was very happy that the images were now as clear as day. She loved watching afternoon shows very much and didn’t want to miss watching them.

Lily and her daughter commended James for a job well done.
