The signals were still low even after Craig did some signal checks. The customer then informed him that the household was using a 15-year-old analog antenna. Craig advised the customer to upgrade the old antenna in Clareville and install a new VHF antenna to boost the signals tremendously.

The customer agreed and Craig did the job on the spot. Consequently, the signals skyrocketed after the installation and the client was extremely happy with the results.
