Wall-mounting a Samsung “the Frame” 32 inch TV
We often feel like we carry too much weight on our shoulders, regardless if it’s from work or wherever else. Exhaling exhaustion is a need for everyone. It’s necessary to take breaks especially when stress and pressure already take their toll on us. It won’t hurt to find things or hobbies that will keep our mental health intact. A good example of time out from stress is watching tv. For years, people have enjoyed watching their favourite shows on air.
This has just become a perfect way to relieve all the stress one has been dealing with. It’s a quick retreat from exhausting workloads and such an awesome way to recharge and come back as energized as ever. Every day, we get to meet people with different stories. It’s an awesome part of our work. This is a good way to build strong bridges with our customers. We recently had a customer in Morphett Vale who just found a good way to take a break.
Tony, one of our professional tv wall mounters in Morphett Vale, went to help the client with wall-mounting a small TV on the wall. The customer had recently purchased a new Samsung Frame 32” and was unsure of how to mount a tv on the wall properly. He said he tried wall mounting a TV of the same size not long ago. Although, this one got a bit tricky for him this time. A quick task assessment revealed that the intended location was in the corner of a small office. So, to provide the correct TV viewing angle, the customer needed a swivel-type wall bracket.
This type of wall-mounting is perfect as it allows the TV to sit across the corner when viewing. It also allows being pushed back against one wall that is out of the way when not in use. This was the ideal solution for this sort of wall-mounting application. Just a fun fact, “The Frame” TVs come with a built-in flat wall bracket. However, this proprietary mounting system is no good for the corner situation here. This was why Tony had to advise the customer about the best swivel bracket to suit his particular requirements.
After Tony discussed the specifications of the bracket, the customer then agreed and pointed to the exact position & height he wanted, it was a relatively simple task for Tony to use a stud locator and power tools to fix the bracket on the wall and hang the TV afterwards. Take note of this tip from our hero. The golden rule with every wall-mounted TV— which is even more important with a swivel bracket, is to always get it dead level! A perfectly levelled bracket installation means the TV will swivel around and remain perfectly true and levelled through its full arc of movement. If you want to wall-mount your tv by yourself, this is such a good tip to put in mind. Tony took the time to achieve this for our customer, who was super impressed with the finished resultS.
He expressed his warm thanks to Tony and our team for completing a neat tv wall mounting work for him. He said he loved how Tony was very keen on every detail and appreciate how she shared some tips and tricks for the customer. It was an awesome experience because he learned a lot while Tony was doing his magic. Kind words, together with a warm handshake wrapped up the two fellas’ time for that day. This is what we mean when we say customer relationship is always golden.
