We received reports from some customers in Huntfield Heights, SA. They were having problems with reception on a few different channels, especially during wet and windy weather. Three customers who lived in the same townhouse were experiencing the same problem. So they decided to call us for a permanent resolution.

The customer wanted four new FTA outlets cabled from the antenna. So Tony installed a masthead amplifier to supply the extra signal required. After the antenna and amplifier were up and cabled into the ceiling, he also installed a four-way splitter, hooking up the four new outlets. Tony then did a reception check in each room. Our field strength meter was very happy, measuring a healthy 75 dBuV at each outlet. Tony tuned and checked the living room TVs to show the customers their clear digital pictures—all pixel free and in high definition!

The job ended with a big smile on the three customers’ faces as it was a smooth process and Tony had done it in such a short amount of time.
