No Signal on a new TV? Time to go Digital
A Customer from Noble Park had complaints about receiving no signal on a new TV.
She was also having trouble with her cable – Foxtel since the purchase of the new TV. Noble Park is a suburb in Greater Dandenong and is nearby suburbs such as Narre Warren and Lysterfield South.
We conducted an investigation to figure out why there was no signal on a new TV. Turns out, our customer had been relying on the Foxtel cable platform for all her free-to-air viewing. This appeared to be the cause of the problem.
We provided the Customer with two options. The first was to have us troubleshoot her Foxtel issues for a service fee. The other option was to upgrade her antiquated analog antenna for a picture-perfect Digital VHF band three Australian-made Antenna. We always use Australian-made antennas because we have tried and tested them and can therefore guarantee it.
The new antenna needed to service only a single outlet. This meant our standard VHF antenna was best suited for her budget. Our standard Antennas provide good signal levels and optimal TV signal reception for Crystal perfect viewing experience.
The old antenna, A Hills EFC2 shown in the picture below was one of the best money could buy back in the day. Nowadays with the introduction of Digital TV, they are sadly obsolete and thus need to be replaced.
We cleaned out the entire setup and installed the new antenna along with better wiring. This leads to stronger signals and therefore better quality transmission. Now the customer was not facing any issue with her cable and also received perfect reception.
She looked very happy and relieved with the work and was glad to get better quality. It always makes us happy to see a happy customer free of any problems with their antennas, even after initially having the problem of no signal on a new TV.
