Antenna Reception Issues For A Customer

The past week was a harsh and rainy one. Our lines were bombarded with calls from clients wanting to have their reception troubles fixed immediately. Here’s a story from a client having antenna reception issues in Virginia.

Janice was a nice, 80-year-old lady living in the suburb of Virginia. She called us to install a new antenna for her. She had become quite stressed as her old antenna was damaged by the wind, and was also worried about the fallen antenna damaging her neighbour’s garden. Sorry, neighbour! We’re pretty sure it’s the storm’s fault though!

Jason went to Janice’s residence to have a look at the damage. Just as Janice expected, she had a severely damaged antenna mast in Virginia and it was in need of replacement. With the client’s approval, Jason started his work and replaced the old antenna with a new one and placed it on a new tin roof mount to keep it secure and intact.

He also connected the existing pre-wired cables in the roof space. The readings came up great when he performed a signal check. Janice was very happy with Jason’s work and with the reasonable price, she got from us.
